Maps of the standard deviation of the residuals - day 297-311 of 2000

Residuals have been stacked over a 15 day period from day 297 - 311 in 2000, using approximately 1 x 1 degree bins. The standard deviation of the residual in each bin, in [mm], is plotted in a polar plot of elevation and azimuth for each of the stations

The following can be concluded from these results

• The emperical standard deviations are mainly elevation dependent, see also the plots of the standard deviation of the residuals, before and after correction for multipath from the 15 day maps, and the formal errors
• The emperical standard deviations for Herstmonceux are larger than those of the other stations
